Designed to be shared amongst friends, family and colleagues, diners can enjoy a range of grazing boards, small plates, stone-baked flatbreads and locally sourced meats and seafood whilst enjoying a selection of craft beers and fine wines. It will also offer a tantalising classic cocktail menu, featuring handcrafted signature creations and sharing drinks.
Inspired by the industrial and cultural context of Birmingham’s rich history and centred on the concept of sharing and socialising, Gas Street Social features large tables, intimate booth areas and a cosy ‘snug’ zone, providing the perfect venue for quick bites and lazy lunches. Heading into the weekend, the world’s first DJ Kitchen creates a social hub in the city centre for late night drinks and dancing.
